I have been with Heisinger Bluffs for over 10 years. I started as a Maintenance Associate many years ago and was promoted to Director of Facilities.

The success of my employees and the happiness of our residents drives my passion and work ethic.

There is no better feeling in life than helping others. I could not imagine a better place to work.

I have worked at Heisinger Bluffs for over 5 years in various nursing positions.

I began as a CNA and went on to receive my LPN license.

I have always been good at practical and mechanical tasks, so nursing instantly appealed to me in school.

It’s always changing, stimulating, and rewarding; even on harder days.

I love that our team at Heisinger is dedicated and has the upmost pride in their jobs!

Becoming a nurse is my proudest achievement!

Assistant Director of Nursing Care Center

I have been practicing nursing since 2002 and over 16 years with Heisinger Bluffs.

I have dedicated my nursing career to long-term senior care, which has been very rewarding.

Heisinger Bluffs has become my other family.

Medical Director

I have been the Medical Director for Heisinger and Heisinger West for the past several years. I am a graduate of the University of Missouri. Go Mizzou! I have a local office with Liberty  Medical in Jefferson City, MO.

My specialties are family medicine and geriatric care. The most important thing to me is making sure I am always listening to my patients. Senior care has a special place in my heart, and I am honored to be their physician here.

I have devoted myself to senior living for over 25 years, most of which have been with Heisinger Bluffs.

Assisted Living has been my home for over 20 years.

Having the opportunity to care and love our residents has been very rewarding.

Executive Director

I have worked in long-term care for fifteen years; Over 10 of them at Heisinger Bluffs. I have held a variety of roles including administrative assistant, marketing and sales, and resident services prior to becoming an LNHA and Executive Director. My mission is to create meaningful, life-long relationships with the residents, family members and staff alike. Heisinger Bluffs is my second home, and the relationships I have built and lessons I have learned will last a lifetime. I am proud to work alongside such a dedicated team of awesome caregivers and to have the privilege of caring for older adults.

Administrator for Independent Living

I have been with Heisinger Bluffs for over twenty years with experience in human resources, life-enrichment, dining services, and quality standards.

What I love most about Heisinger Bluffs is the environment that feels like family between staff and residents.

Director of Community Sales and Marketing

I have worked at Heisinger Bluffs for over ten years with experience in sales, marketing, social media, and event planning.

I am a member of many local organizations and am proud to show the Jefferson City area how special Heisinger Bluffs truly is.

I have been a Long-Term Care Social Worker for 12 years and over 4 years with Heisinger Bluffs.

My passion is advocating for residents who can’t advocate for themselves.

I will be receiving my Master’s as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker this year; alongside my daughter receiving her Doctorate.

Director of Therapy Heisinger Bluffs

I have been a Physical Therapist for 18 years. I’ve been here at Heisinger Bluffs for over 15 years; recently becoming the Director of Therapy.

I love helping our residents and guests from the community regain their strength and independence.

We truly work with the greatest generation, and it’s such a treasure!

Director of Human Resources

I have been with Heisinger Bluffs for over 8 years in a variety of roles such as dining, reception, and human resources.

Heisinger provided support, so I could attend school and finish my degree eventually leading me to my current role.

My favorite thing about being the HR Director is advocating for our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.

I am very appreciative of Heisinger and close-knit family it has become.
